Excellent suite with a view, comfortable and roomy, great amenities, helpful and friendly staff.

No satisfactory bedroom conditions.

The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to restaurants, transportation, and all the city sites. The staff was friendly and helpful, even holding our luggage for us before check-in and allowing us to check-in early. The breakfast was standard European style, but always well stocked. The room was clean and well maintained, with only the mattress and pillows being a bit uncomfortable.

The bathroom in our room was disappointing, with a lack of shelves in the shower and a poorly positioned mirror over the sink. our room faced the street, a bit noisy at night.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the efficient showers. The location was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, tram stops, and bus stops. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects. The service at the rooftop terrace and the bar was quite slow, a disappointment.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, on a busy but vibrant street with easy access to public transportation. The staff from reception desk till the breakfast staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was soundproofed, air-conditioned, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace which was a great spot to unwind at the end of the day.

The hotel itself was modern and well-maintained, withsuper clean and cozy rooms. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooftop terrace, although closed , would have been a great spot to relax and enjoy the city views.
